I always had the pleasure of having my nieces around me when they were born, and I used to boast a lot about how sweet they were and how much I loved them. Some of my friends and my eldest sister would always tell me that I should wait till I had my own, and that it is a totally different experience. Well they were absolutely right. On March 12th 2000, God blest me with the most adorable, most beautiful daughter a father could ever want. I was also blest with the opportunity to actually see her come into this world. What an awesome experience that was! I strongly recommend this to all fathers. My life has never been the same since then. Marie Therese has been one of the most precious gifts God has given to me. Every day has been a treasure watching her grow, watching her learn. I could not wait to get home from work to see what she's been up to. When Marie learnt to move about on her own, she'd always run to meet me when I got home from work, and cry her little heart out every time I have to leave. It always broke my heart to hear her cry. Anyway, I have put together this site in honor of my precious daughter Marie Therese, to let her know how precious she is to me, and how very much I love her. The articles on this site were written by a number of authors, sharing their experiences with children. I hope - time permitting - to share some of my own experiences as well, as a father, sharing the joy it has brought me, as well as the challenges. I am sure that the contents of this site will help you to understand more about these marvelous little ones that God has blest us with - our children, our angels.
